Privacy

Your resume contains personal information. We use it to analyze your application against the job description you provide, and we do not sell your data.

We retain resume text you upload. We store the plain text extracted from your resume (not the original file) so we can review real examples, identify where our scoring is inaccurate, and improve the scoring engine over time. This applies to every resume submitted through ResumeChecker, not just some.

We also collect anonymous feedback on which scoring categories and recommendations users find helpful (a thumbs up/down and the category or recommendation it relates to), to help us prioritize what to fix.

We do not sell resume data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties other than the AI providers (Groq, OpenRouter, Anthropic) used to generate your analysis. Access to stored resume text is limited to the people operating ResumeChecker.

If you'd like a resume you submitted removed from our records, contact us at keyurshah12345@gmail.com and we'll delete it.

We regularly review and update our privacy practices to ensure your data remains secure.
